Instead of completing the pending works and providing irrigation water, the Congress has sidelined it," he said, criticising the ruling party for failing to allocate funds for its completion

In response to a question from BRS member Naveen Kumar Reddy in the Legislative Council on Wednesday, Uttam Kumar Reddy stated that the 18-package work of the PRLIS up to the Udandapur reservoir was ongoing. He added that Unit-I of Stage-I pumping station had been commissioned in September of the previous year, and that Stage-II, III, and IV pumping stations were nearly finished and ready for commissioning.
