In an open letter addressed to CM, A Revanth Reddy, Siddipet MLA T Harish Rao recalled that the Parishad was established by the former Chief Minister, K Chandrashekhar Rao to uplift poor brahmins in the State.
Citing instances of power supply being cut to schools as the government was not releasing funds, Rao said the entire process of administration was disrupted since the Congress came to power.

He was responding to former Minister T Harish Rao’s remarks that Chief Minister A Revanth Reddy should learn from Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu in increasing pensions.
Citing the poll promises made by the Congress, Rao asked the State government to provide free power supply besides appointing sanitation staff at all schools.
Harish Rao stated that within the six months of coming to power Congress party has lost its faith as the Congress government failed to deliver its election promises.
Harish Rao slammed the Congress government for taking credit for the appointment of 7,000 nursing officers, initiated during the previous BRS government, but failing to ensure timely payment of their salaries.
