TSRTC’s hired bus drivers go on flash strike in Karimnagar
About 140 drivers working on 70 hired buses of Karimnagar depot-I, II had gone on protest in front of depot-I since morning.

Karimnagar: Drivers of TSRTC hired buses, who on Saturday went on a flash strike at the Karimnagar bus-stand alleging indifferent attitude of RTC officials and against the removal of two of their colleagues from duties, called off the protest later in the day after Karimnagar Regional Manager Khurso Shah Khan held talks with them.
It is learnt that the drivers were asked to discuss the issues with their owners since the RTC was not dealing with them directly. About 140 drivers working on 70 hired buses of Karimnagar depot-I, II had gone on protest in front of depot-I since morning.
Students, vegetable vendors and others who regularly visit Karimnagar town from nearby villages had to face inconvenience on account of the flash strike.
