Karimnagar: Union Minister of State for Home Bandi Sanjay Kumar has challenged that he would resign from his post if Chief Minister A Revanth Reddy proves that the Congress party’s six guarantees have been implemented in the state. “If Revanth Reddy fails to prove it, he should step down from the post. Is he ready to accept the challenge?” Sanjay questioned at a press conference after his visit to the proposed dumping yard near Sirsapalli of Huzurabad mandal on Saturday.
While participating in the election campaign in Kerala, Revanth Reddy was misguiding the local people by stating that six guarantees were being implemented in Telangana. However, it was absolutely wrong, he said, and questioned whether the CM was ready to tour Telangana along with media persons from Kerala.
Revanth Reddy had also made similar statements during the Maharashtra election. Except supplying money bags to the Delhi high command and states where elections are being held, the CM has done nothing. Speaking about the dumping yard, Sanjay Kumar demanded that the state government withdraw its decision to establish the dumping yard near Huzurabad. Opposing the dumping yard, he made it clear that it was not proper to set up a dumping yard amid residential localities.
