Members of TNGOs celebrate Telangana Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao's announcement to provide fitment by 29 percent in Mancherial on Wednesday
Mancherial: Members of Telangana Non-Gazetted Officers’ (TNGO) Association Mancherial district chapter hailed Telangana Chief Minister K Chandrashekhar Rao for assuring to extend fitment of 29 per cent and to enhance superannuation from 58 years to 61. They celebrated the announcement by bursting crackers and performing Ksheerabhishekam to the portrait of Rao here on Wednesday.
The association’s Mancherial district president Gadiyaram Srihari said that Chief Minister K Chandrashekhar Rao during consultations with top leaders of TNGO spared four hours of time and assured to give 29 percent of fitment to government employees, besides increasing the age of retirement from the existing 58 years to 61 years for the first time in the country.
Srihari further stated that the Chief Minister assured to bring back employees who were allocated to Andhra Pradesh, during the marathon consultations. “Rao has assured to take up recruitment of employment under compassionate grounds, to reduce the probation period of Junior Panchayat Raj Secretaries from three years to two years and to regularise their services. He promised to fill up 50,000 jobs lying vacant, to raise wages of outsourced employees,” he said.
The president thanked the association’s State chief Mamilla Rajender, general secretary Rayakanti Pratap for striving hard to resolve the issues of employees. He stated that the two leaders were always committed to address demands of the staffers and were living up to expectations of the employees.
Secretary of the body Bhumula Rammohan, associate president Sripathi Bapu Rao, forest department’s forum state president Ponna Mallaiah, joint secretary Sunitha and many others were present.
