After TPCC senior vice president G Niranjan appealed to the AICC not to encourage fielding of defectors from BRS in the elections, former MP V Hanumanth Rao expressed similar opinions.

The AICC CEC which met in New Delhi on Tuesday has reportedly kept Khammam ticket selection pending as the committee could not arrive at a consensus over the issue.

The party had even finalised Khammam, Nalgonda or Bhongir as the possible constituencies from where she could fight the elections.
