On Monday, they wore T-shirts featuring images of Chief Minister A Revanth Reddy and industrialist Gautam Adani. On Tuesday, they dressed in black to protest the detention of Lagacherla farmers. By Wednesday, they switched to the khaki uniform of auto-rickshaw drivers to draw attention to their struggles.

During a short discussion on the "Outstanding Liabilities of the State," Deputy Chief Minister Mallu Bhatti Vikramarka was speaking when a member from the treasury benches shouted "thief" as Harish Rao was about to begin his remarks. Harish Rao responded by calling the member a "useless fellow." In response, members from the treasury benches demanded that Harish Rao withdraw his comment. However, Harish Rao stood his ground, stating that if the member's remark was expunged, he would also withdraw his comment.

During the Question Hour, Kavitha defended the BRS government's decision to issue GO 317 following the creation of new districts, in line with the Presidential Orders. She explained that the government orders were intended to provide local youth with better access to government jobs. "However, those who criticized the formation of new districts and GO 317 during the BRS tenure are now in power. Instead of addressing the ongoing issues over the past year, they continue to blame the previous BRS government," she remarked.

In response to a question from BRS member Naveen Kumar Reddy in the Legislative Council on Wednesday, Uttam Kumar Reddy stated that the 18-package work of the PRLIS up to the Udandapur reservoir was ongoing. He added that Unit-I of Stage-I pumping station had been commissioned in September of the previous year, and that Stage-II, III, and IV pumping stations were nearly finished and ready for commissioning.

During the Question Hour on Tuesday, Legislative Affairs Minister D. Sridhar Babu addressed a question from BRS MLC Shambhipur Raju in the Legislative Council, stating that no detailed project report (DPR) had been prepared for the project.

Speaking to the media at the Legislative Council on Wednesday, Kavitha criticized the Congress government for failing to settle the bills of poor sarpanches, MPTCs, ZPTCs, and small contractors over the past year. She claimed that while the government paid Rs. 10,000 crore in bills to large contractors, it ignored the financial struggles of the sarpanches.

The BRS members submitted an adjournment motion to draw attention to the issues faced by autorickshaw drivers after the Congress government's implementation of the free bus travel scheme. However, Council Chairman Gutha Sukender Reddy rejected the motion and adjourned the House for a lunch break.

The party also filed an adjournment motion seeking a discussion on the arrest of farmers who protested the acquisition of their lands for the Pharma Village at Lagacherla. However, the motion was rejected amid protests from the opposition benches. "As a result, under Rule 168(1) of the Telangana Legislative Assembly Rules of Procedure and Conduct of Business, we are issuing a breach of assembly notice on behalf of the BRS Legislative Assembly party against the Finance Minister," the party stated.

BRS legislators arrived at the Assembly building holding placards and chanting slogans in protest against the handcuffing of one of the arrested farmers. However, they were halted by police and Assembly security, who informed them that they did not have permission to enter with placards. Among those leading the protest were BRS working president K.T. In response to a question from BRS MLA T Harish Rao, state Panchayat Raj Minister D. Anasuya Seethakka stated that the amount owed to village Sarpanches (whose tenures have ended) up to November 1, 2024, exceeds Rs 691 crore. She assured that the bills would be cleared soon.
