A huge number of leaders and cadre made a beeline at Harish Rao's residence in Siddipet to greet their leader on his birthday.

Revanth Reddy was attempting to hide his inefficiency and shifting the blame onto the opposition parties as well as staff of electricity companies, he said.

He thanked the party cadre and leaders for working hard for over 50 days for BRS candidate P Venkatrami Reddy.

Stating that the Ayodhya Temple was built by the Trust, not by the BJP, he said he had also contributed Rs.2 lakh to the Trust.

Addressing a press conference in Siddipet on Sunday, Harish Rao said Congress leaders were making Rahul Gandhi lie by sharing false information with him.

The BRS government had protected the interests of the beedi workers, he said, recalling that former Chief Minister K Chandrashekhar Rao had given Rs.2,000 pension for beedi workers.

Speaking to media persons here on Saturday, he said the BRS came into existence with secular credentials.

He said Hyderabad would now be the dedicated capital of Telangana State only.
