Police investigations into the murder of a pregnant tribal woman in Kumram Bheem Asifabad revealed that the accused was intoxicated and killed her fearing exposure after she approached community elders, following a long-standing relationship and dispute over marriage
Villagers from Penchikalpet mandal in Kumram Bheem Asifabad district have accused a computer operator of collecting Rs 26 lakh in bribes for land titles and partitioning of assets on the Bhu Bharati portal. The accused is said to have cheated many more applicants and faced similar corruption charges earlier at Rebbena MRO’s office.
He stated that the tiger on the prowl in a bush attacked the cow and killed it by biting its neck. He added that he ran away from the spot to escape himself and informed villagers about the incident.
