Customers of Reliance Jio were left frustrated as the telecom operator faced an outage today morning. Users were unable to make calls and send or receive SMSs from 6 am to 9 am for three hours but were able to access mobile data.

The message stated that a tiger was sighted at a stream at Koyathendi village in Tiryani mandal and triggered panic among farm laborers.

Earlier, the feature allowed only users to create polls in groups but now WhatsApp users can use it in personal chats as well. 

All the users who signed up for WhatsApp's Business Platform across the five countries will display in the directory.
