A student of intermediate second-year MPC at Telangana Social Welfare Residential Junior College, Narsingi, Nandini finished the 100-m hurdle in 13.96 seconds while the qualified mark was 14.15 seconds.

She recorded a timing of 13.83 seconds for the yellow medal ahead of Haryana’s Pooja and Tamil Nadu’s Akshida.
