The Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences has come out with a list of 301 feature films eligible for Oscars with Indian films "RRR", "Gangubai Kathiawadi", "The Kashmir Files" and "Kantara" making the cut.

Starring National Crush Rashmika Mandanna opposite Vijay, this film is being produced by renowned producers Dil Raju, Sirish, Param V Potluri and Pearl V Potluri under the banners of Sri Venkateswara Creations and PVP Cinema.  

'Kantara' and 'She' fame actor Kishore's Twitter account displayed that it has been suspended and soon the news became viral. Right-wingers celebrated the news and others extended their support to the actor.

Produced under the banner of Hombale Films by Vijay Kiragandur, the action-adventure is written and directed by Rishab Shetty, who also acts in the movie.
