A teenaged girl was allegedly raped by her elder brother at their house in Pahadishareef on the city outskirts

A 35-year-old man has been arrested for allegedly raping a minor girl in Mumbai on Tuesday, police said.

The girl was living with her 40-year-old father, also a construction worker, who is addicted to alcohol and often came home drunk.

After the trial, the IX ADJ cum Special POCSO court at LB Nagar sentenced him for a 20 years jail term.
