Speaking outside Sangareddy prison on Friday after meeting 16 arrested villagers, Rama Rao alleged that the arrests were politically motivated to suppress dissent. The facility has already employed nearly 100 highly skilled professionals and plans to scale its headcount to 500 in the near future
