"They have no choice but to take loans just to make ends meet, while bank officials pressure them over EMI payments. Is this how those who serve the public should be treated?" he asked. Accusing the Revanth Reddy government of negligence, he asserted that salary delays had become a regular occurrence under Congress rule.

The decision is a significant step as it will benefit 15,000 home guards in the state with category-wise reservation of 5% to 25% provided for them in constable appointments.
