A notorious criminal, Shaik Saleem alias Kainchi Saleem from Bangariguda, was arrested in Adilabad on Friday for terrorising the public and involvement in kidnapping. According to Adilabad DSP L Jeevan Reddy, a Preventive Detention (PD) Act case was filed against him.
