A 13-month-old boy, Lohith, died on the spot after being run over by an auto trolley while trying to reach a puppy in Abdullapurmet, Hyderabad. Police have booked the driver for negligence causing death and taken him into custody.

On Thursday, while playing in the house the toddler accidentally fell in a bucket kept in the bathroom in the house. The mother of the child had noticed it and immediately shifted the toddler in 108 ambulance to hospital for treatment. The infant had suffered severe burns on his body and while undergoing treatment died early on Monday.

Khanapur Sub-Inspector Rahul Gaikwad stated that a 28-day-old baby girl, who was wrapped in a cloth, died of suffocation after her intoxicated father, Allakunta Shekhar, unintentionally rolled onto her while sleeping on Monday night. He discovered the baby was unresponsive and not crying when he woke up around 6 a.m. the next morning.
