BRS leaders have lodged a formal complaint with the State Election Commission Secretary against Sub-Inspector Vikram of Nawabpet, Mahabubnagar district. They accused him of violating election norms during the Sarpanch polls, citing interference in the electoral process.

Forest officials in Khammam arrested four persons, including a forest watcher and a morning walker, for hunting deer at Neeladri Urban Park under Sathupally Municipality.
