The arrested were identified as Roshan Kumar Singh (21), a gift shop owner, and M Chetan (22), a private employee, both residents of Yapral in Jawaharnagar
Disclosing the details of the arrest, Deputy Commissioner of Police D Uday Kumar said that the accused Rahul Shetty, an auto-rickshaw driver and his relative Satyavati belong to Jagdalapur in Chhattisgarh
The arrested persons were identified as M Rama Rao (52) of Khairatabad, K Srinivasa Rao (54) of Neredmet and Sunkari Saritha (27), a nurse who purchased stolen property from them.
According to the police, thieves opened the shutter of Mathaji Jewellers and Pawnbrokers using hand tools and gained entry into the store before escaping with ornaments post-midnight
