Implementation of Dalit Bandhu on saturation mode in Sathupalli Assembly constituency and Bonakal mandal of Madhira constituency in the district is going to benefit over 35,000 dalit beneficiaries.
The beneficiaries of Dalit Bandhu and the double bedroom house schemes of the State government went emotional when Minister for Municipal Administration and Urban Development K T Rama Rao interacted with them at a public meeting held at Suryapet on Sunday.
Of them, 88 beneficiaries were from Hyderabad district, 35 from Ranga Reddy, 37 from Medchal Malkajgiri along with two others from Sanga Reddy district.
Chief Minister K Chandrashekhar Rao issued directions to district officials to appoint special officers for every mandal in Sathupalli constituency and in Bonakal and to launch the programme with immediate effect, said KT Rama Rao
