Keshava Rao tendered his resignation as Rajya Sabha MP and submitted the same to Rajya Sabha Chairperson Jagdeep Dhankar on Thursday. His resignation was accepted on Friday.
Ashu Reddy joined the initiative after accepting the challenge from popular TV anchor, Savitri (Shiva Jyothi). Green Challenge co-founder Raghava also participated.
The MP along with local elected public representatives launched the saplings plantations exercise at Singareni Eighth Incline, Abdul Kalam stadium in Ramagundem.
"People are laughing at your dramas before the Tirupati bypoll. Behaving like your candidate will become the CM on getting deposits in the bypoll," mocked Reddy.
Dr Banavath Dhanalaxmi received the “Best Women Scientist Award” for her research contribution in the area of Image Processing from Novel Research Academy.

The book, published in Telugu, English and Hindi, focuses on forests and natural locations in Telangana where conditions had improved due to implementation of Haritha Haaram and Green India Challenge
