In one accident, Mohammed Altaf Ahmed (14) and Shoaib (20), both students and residents of Old Malakpet, were run over by an RTC bus near Sohail Hotel late on Wednesday night

Mohammed Altaf Ahmed (14) and Shoaib (20), both students and residents of Old Malakpet, were returning home on their motorbike after attending a marriage-related ceremony.

According to the police, the two had gone for a regular checkup at a private hospital in Hyderguda and were returning home around 10 am when the mishap occurred.

Sources said the couple who were on the right side of the bus, accidentally came under the bus while negotiating a pothole ahead.

The victims were all workers on their way to the agricultural fields in Shankarpally for picking cotton

The victim was identified as Bhkya Bujji (45), a native of Ravulapally cross road  thanda
