On the last day of the competition, Saini romped home in tenth, 11th and 12th race to emerge champion.

In a fight between Sikhansu Singh and T Ajay in the men’s Laser Radial, the former won the Race 7. However, Ajay came back strongly in the next two races.

In Laser 4.7 Class Chunnu Kumar covered up the lead as he got one gun position in race 4 but Ritika Dangi is still in lead as he got two guns in race 5 & 6.

Mohit cruised to victory in the Race 1 and 3 while his fellow sailoer from AYN won the second race to stay in hunt.

The races will be held in four categories – Laser 4.7, Laser Radial (men), Radial (women) and Laser Standard.

The event will see the largest congregation of sailors in the country
