Launching the ‘Azadi Ka Amrut Mahotsav’ (India@75) celebrations at Public Gardens here, the Chief Minister welcomed the Central government's initiative to organise the the event nationwide.

He suggested that at least two workshops should be conducted every year to enhance the brand value of the organization

"Graduates and employees are not willing to believe the false allegations of opposition leaders on recruitment of jobs and unemployment allowance," he said

The Chief Minister also assured that government would also increase the retirement age besides looking into other issues

She emphasised the need for women supporting each other at every juncture and field to progress together

The celebrations will commence on March 12 and will go on for 75 weeks before culminating in the Independence Day on August 15, 2022

He said the TRS government was the first government in the country to announce a holiday for women on Women's Day
