The death of a six-year-old boy in an attack by a pack of street dogs at Isnapur on Friday has exposed how serious the issue was, even as five stray dog attacks were reported under Patancheru mandal on Friday alone.
A person named Gujja Bhaskar spotted the dead peacock near a bus stand near Kalyana katta down the hill shrine on Wednesday morning and informed Yadagirigutta police.
Directing the government to rectify its behaviour, the high court gave it three weeks to file objections to the PIL. It warned that the court may have to issue orders against the government if there is further delay.
