Devotees can get their hands on the tickets via the official website of TTD or the mobile application.

According to TTD officials, the mobile application was developed by Jio platforms by spending several crores of rupees and then donated to the TTD.

The move comes with the intent to facilitate an easy darshan for common devotees at Vaikuntam Queue Complex.

According to TTD, two special slots are allotted for senior citizens visiting Tirumala. While the first darshan schedule starts at 10 am, the second schedule starts at 3 pm.  

The governing body of the ancient hill temple of Lord Venkateswara at Tirumala here is over Rs 2.5 lakh crore, official sources said.

It added that all compartments and sheds in Narayanagiri Gardens are full to their capacity and outside lines already reached Sila Tornam Centre by 10:00 on Thursday.

The move comes in an effort to showcase the various rituals performed at Tirumala temple for the benefit of devotees in their neighbourhood.
