Justice Pankaj Bhatia denied the bail plea submitted by Inamul Haq, who had an FIR filed against him at Uttar Pradesh's Saharanpur's Deoband police station under Sections 121-A and 153-A.
Naidu had blamed the state's Energy Minister Peddireddy Ramachandra Reddy for the violence and lashed out at the police for supporting the ruling party.
