Mourning the demise of her grandfather, Mahesh Babu's daughter Sitara Ghattamaneni took to Instagram and penned an emotional note.

Final procession was carried out from Padmalaya Studios at around 3 pm, and reached Mahaprasthanam in Jubilee Hills by 3.45 pm.

The doctors attending to the veteran actor said that they have managed to stabilize his health condition but he will continue to remain in the ICU till he makes a complete recovery.

The Telugu superstar, along with his family, is currently holidaying in London. Every few months, the family takes off on a vacation abroad for a few weeks and makes memories for a life-time.

Premiering on October 31, the show will air every Monday to Saturday at 9:30 pm on Zee Telugu and will take viewers on an emotional journey of a father and daughter.

Mahesh, who was shooting for Trivikram Srinivas' 'SSMB 28', took a small break post the demise of his mother Indira Devi on September 28 due to age-related issues.

Namrata in the post made a heart-warming promise to her mother-in-law in the note, which she shared on Instagram along with a picture of her.

The residents of the village condoled the death of Indira Devi and paid homage to her.

Indira Devi, who had been undergoing treatment at a leading hospital in the city since last week, breathed her last at home.

Taking to Instagram, Mahesh Babu posted a picture of himself with his daughter and said: "Brightening up my world always. Happy Daughter's Day my little one Sitara Ghattamaneni!"
