Hyderabad’s Commissioner’s Task Force arrested three members of an interstate burglary gang, seizing 160 grams of gold, 666 grams of silver, a bike, and Rs 3.28 lakh in cash. The accused are Uttar Pradesh natives responsible for multiple city burglaries.

Two men from Sangareddy, Jadav Bansilal and Rathod Shankar, were convicted for transporting 850 kg of ganja in 2021. A local court sentenced them to 20 years’ imprisonment and imposed a fine of Rs 2 lakh each.

Swach Auto workers protested at Malkajgiri and LB Nagar offices, alleging GHMC collected garbage fees via property taxes, harming their income. Leaders announced a February 23 protest, while GHMC clarified that garbage fee collection is handled by private agencies.
