The BJP state chief also criticized the BRS government for planning the budget session without the Governor's speech and alleged that the Constitution was being violated by not inviting the Governor to deliver the budget speech.
Bandi Sanjay wrote an open letter to Chief Minister K Chandrashekhar Rao, pointing out that the term of the first PRC would expire on June 30 and the new PRC should come into effect from July 1
Notably, Telangana BJP State President Bandi Sanjay on Friday visited the house of the deceased farmer at Adloor Yellareddy village in Kamareddy and blamed the government for the suicide of the farmer.
Addressing a press conference, KTR pointed out that it was four years since Sanjay was elected as the Karimnagar MP, but he had failed to get even one project from the Centre for the constituency.
Sanjay Kumar had also indirectly accepted the strength of BRS as well as of Chief Minister K Chandrashekhar Rao, he said, adding that the BJP State president was spreading false propaganda through his padayatra.
G Premendar Reddy of the BJP moving court on the issue, Justice B Vijaysen Reddy passed the conditional order permitting the yatra, making it clear that the meeting or procession should be outside the municipal limits of Bhainsa town.
