The Congress won a decisive mandate in the country’s youngest State of Telangana, wresting power from the BRS with its ‘maarpu kaavali’ slogan after counting was completed for the 119 constituencies in the State on Sunday

The Congress candidates have established leads in 63 constituencies, while ruling Bharat Rashtra Samithi (BRS) was ahead only in 43 segments.

CM KCR exercised his franchise at at Chinthamadaka village in Siddipet constituency on Thursday.

CM KCR clarified that Rythu Bandhu was never a waste of money, and he has plans to increase it to Rs. 16000 per acre soon after BRS comes into power this time.

He asked the people to decide who was the true sepoy of Telangana.

Ahead of the Telangana assembly election 2023 on November 30, let's review some of the notable achievements the state has accomplished in the last five years under CM KCR's vision and leadership.

Hyderabad: KCR, as the CM of Telangana under the BRS Government, is currently giving Rs. 2000 pension per month to the poor. He promised to hike the pension amount to Rs. 5000 if BRS comes to rule again.

The new scheme, announced by the BRS working president and minister K T Rama Rao will be a component of the Housing for All initiative by the party.

Addressing a rally at Maheshwaram, KCR said his government treats Muslims and Hindus as two eyes and takes everyone along.

Suman said Vivek was making objectionable comments against the Chief Minister as he was unable to bear the fear of imminent defeat.

Speaking at the Chief Minister's Praja Ashirvadha Sabha at Suryapet, Jagadish Reddy said the BRS government had accorded equal importance to development and welfare, which made Telangana the best performing State in the country.

Addressing an election rally at Madhira, he took a jibe at the grand old party saying that there are a dozen chief ministerial candidates in the Congress.

In an interview to PTI, Rao, nephew of Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao said people know that if they vote for the BRS, the development will start from the current point and any other dispensation has to do so from scratch.
