Former MP Nama Nageswara Rao claimed that BRS played a key role in the TGERC's rejection of the DISCOMs proposal to hike electricity charges

Tata visited the showroom of Telangana Agencies, which sells electrical and electronics goods, at Kaman Bazaar in the city.

The incident occurred when Harish Rao along with former ministers P Sabitha Indra Reddy, Puvvada Ajay Kumar, ex-MP Nama Nageswara Rao and others visited Bokkalagadda and Venkatesh Nagar in Khammam city to distribute essential commodities to families affected by the recent floods.

He interacted with social media warriors of BRS party at the MP’s camp office here on Thursday in the wake of Warangal-Nalgonda-Khammam Graduate’s MLC constituency election.

The huge turnout of people at the former Chief Minister K Chandrashekhar Rao’s road show in the district created a positive impact and there was a silent voting in favour of BRS, Nageswara Rao explained.

Nageswara Rao said that he was confident that the voters would send him to the Parliament for the third time adding that.

People have come to the decision that the Congress failed to ensure good governance as people lacked electricity and water supply, said MP Vaddiraju Ravichandra and the party district president MLC Tata Madhusudhan.

Stating that victory would be his in the fight between truth and falsehood, he said BRS MPs should be in the Parliament to fight back the conspiracies against Telangana.

The activists should work collectively and conduct door to door campaigns asking for votes. The Congress government’s failures in implementing election promises should be explained to the voters, he said.

Among the candidates of major political parties, BJP candidate Tandra Vinod Rao is highly qualified with MBA (IP) and MA (Public Personnel Management) from OU and has no criminal cases against him.

He along with the party district president MLC T Madhusudhan, former ZP chairman L Kamal Raju conducted a road show at Mudigonda in Khammam district on Monday.

He visited the TDP district office here on Saturday and along with the party's Khammam parliamentary convener Dr. Vasireddy Ramanatham paid floral tributes to NTR's statue.

He interacted with the public asking them to cast their vote on the car symbol to elect him with a huge majority.

Nageswara Rao said that he was a farmer's son, born, brought and living in Khammam. He asked the voters to elect him in the election while assuring that he would work for the district development.

It was said that as district Collector VP Gautham examined nomination papers, Congress candidate Ramasahayam Raghuram Reddy’s supporters asked the election officials to reject the nomination of Nageswara Rao as he failed to mention the ED case in the affidavit.

The Congress party was against the BCs, they conspired and removed the former DCCB chairman K Nagabhushanam from the office.

Nama Nageswara Rao said that there was a serious dissent growing among the people against the Congress government which came to power by giving fraudulent promises before the Assembly elections.

Speaking at a party meeting at Enkoor in the district on Saturday he said that the people realised the fraudulent nature of the Congress party and were waiting to teach a lesson to the party in the Parliament elections.
