The Hyderabad traffic police has placed certain traffic restrictions in the city in view of Ganesh idol immersion processions between September 10 and 16

The traffic on the following routes is likely to be effected - Lingampally to Gachibowli, Gachibowli to Lingampally and Wipro to IIIT Junction.

Between 9 am and 10 am at Gun Park AR Petrol Pump: Traffic coming from Nampally T Junction intending to go towards Ravindra Bharathi will not be allowed and will be diverted at AR Petrol Pump towards BJR Statue.

The Hyderabad Traffic Police requested citizens to take alternate routes to avoid inconvenience.

The main roads between Charminar and Madina, Charminar and Murgi Chowk and Charminar and Rajesh Medical Hall, Shahalibanda, will be closed for all types of vehicular traffic from 9 am to 3 pm.

On Sunday there will be traffic diversions between 7.40 pm to 8.10 pm.

The traffic police requested the citizens to take note of the above programme and plan their movements accordingly.

Offices located between Lemon Tree Hotel to CII, Cable Bridge to Ikea Rotary, Ikea Rotatory to Cyber Towers, Kothaguda to Hitex, may plan accordingly as there may be some traffic regulations around this area, Cyberabad traffic police officials said
